I'm an undergraduate at the University of Washington studying Applied and Computational Mathematical Sciences, with a focus on discrete math and algorithms. I do ML research at the UW MATH AI Lab, working on embedding models for mathematical reasoning.

Research
Math2Vec: Embedding Models for Mathematical Meaning
Fine-tuned current SOTA embedding models to develop MathLeap, a family of embedding models to improve capability in embedding mathematical content across natural language, LaTeX, and LEAN. Built MELD, a benchmark consisting of equivalent pairs across mathematical domains to evaluate embedding models on mathematical tasks.
- First-author paper accepted to the ICML 2026 AI4Math workshop and oral spotlight at TAG-DS
